Shift Hours

Day work is from 0700 - 1700 hrs.
Night work is from 1700 - 0700 hrs.

There are 4 groups "A" "B" "C" &
"D" shifts
Each individual group works a total of
4 days on 4 days off.
2 day and 2 nights equalling 4 days
thus having 4 days off before they
start their cycle over.

Each company is assigned 6 personnel
There is 6 vacation numbers system
per shift.
Example;
"A" shift A/1 A/2 A/3 A/4 A/5 A/6
"B" shift B/1 B/2 B/3 B/4 B/5 B/6
"C" shift C/1 C/2 C/3 C/4 C/5 C/6
"D" shift D/1 D/2 D/3 D/4 D/5 D/6
Each member is assigned a vacation
number and is allowed to take the four
shift days off when their assigned
number comes up, allowing them 12
days off before starting their cycle
again. Members may bank their
vacation and they are allowed to swap
vacation or use other members
vacation in concurrence with their own
vacation to secure more vacation days
off.
